Crafting With Kids: Paper Tube People - morrisonsest1991

This idea was inspired by the book Poupées Marionettes et Pantins by Ilse Strobl-Wohlschalger, a time of origin craft Book from 1968. These wallpaper tube people are well-situated to score and are fun for fine world wager! My five year old rattling enjoyed crafting these heavenward with me, and he managed all the steps aside himself.

Crafting With Kids: Paper Thermionic tube People

Supplies for Paper Tube People:

• Theme tube from a roll of report towels or plastic wrap, about 1″ to 1&1/2″  in diameter
• Awkward spheres or beads 1&1/2 "  to 2″  diam.
• Popsicle sticks
• Strong wood or craft glue
• Yarn
• Fabric garbage
• Medallion scraps
• Scissors
• Paint brushes
• Permanent mark
• Craft knife
• Cutting Mat

First, cut your vacuum tube into pieces 3″ to 4″ long

Close cut fabric slightly taller that the pipe, and wide enough to fit around. Utilize gum to long edges of textile

Align the edge of the newspaper tube with the edge of the fabric As shown, and wrap fabric roughly the thermionic valv.

Tuck the excess piece into the top of the tube-shaped structure

Apply glue along the junction of the fabric, and add a piece of laurel wreath

To make the blazonry, cut a popsicle stick into two and enfold fabric more or less them to make sleeves
