Windows - Disabling Startup Programs

This document explains how 'msconfig' can be used to disable programs that are starting with Windows and may exist causing problems.

Groundwork

When a estimator is turned on, and Windows starts to load, Windows begins to load other programs every bit well. Using the System Configuration utility

Windows XP
